Walden School Health & Phys Ed

Mr. Jeremiah Bias

I am very honored and excited to return back to Walden for my second year in the field of education. All of the students and staff here have truly made all of my hopes and dreams of being a teacher come true. My main focuses in both my physical education and health classes are to show and promote all of the benefits that are behind living a healthy life style. I like to use challenges that are both mental, as well as physical to all of my students in both subject areas, but make sure that each child can be successful. Learning about different movements that we may do with our bodies, healthy concepts and many safety situations are some of the many areas that are visited in both my inside and outside classrooms.

You may see me without my whistle or curriculum books as an assistant running coach for Lyndon State College. I also enjoy staying very fit and active as well with outdoor skills, participating in many different athletic events and spending quality time with my family. I am looking forward to seeing how this school year will turn out and I am sure that it will be just as rewarding as the last one.
